1. Acceptance of Terms
By placing an order with Drip Botanica, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not purchase from us.

2. Use of Our Website
You may browse drip-botanica.myshopify.com as a guest. Orders require accurate shipping/payment information. We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or limit quantities at our discretion.

3. Pricing & Payment
All prices are in AUD or local currencies and exclude shipping unless stated. We accept major credit cards and PayPal. Full payment is required at checkout. Prices may change without notice.

4. Orders & Availability
Product descriptions aim for accuracy, but we source from third-party suppliers. Stock/availability can change. We cannot guarantee exact specifications or delivery of every item shown.

5. Shipping & Delivery
Factory-direct shipping (AU: 5-12 days, PH: 7-15 days). Free AU/PH shipping. Processing: 1-3 business days. You are responsible for providing a correct, safe delivery address. We are not liable for shipping delays, customs, or carrier issues.

6. Breakage Guarantee (No Returns)
Breakage coverage only: If glass arrives damaged (extremely rare), email support@dripbotanica.com with order number + photo within 7 days for refund/replacement. No other refunds/returns.

7. Risk of Loss
Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to carrier. Inspect packages immediately — breakage claims must be filed within 7 days.

8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Drip Botanica is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product.

9. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays/failures due to events beyond our control (supplier issues, natural disasters, carrier delays, etc.).

10. Intellectual Property
All website content, product images, and branding are owned by Drip Botanica or our licensors. No unauthorized use permitted.

11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Disputes will be resolved exclusively in Victorian courts.

12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms anytime. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
